I am a recent graduate who secured a job at UNC. I am looking for a place to live temporarily (until December or May) that is not very expensive and is mostly furnished. I am looking to move in either August 21 or 28. I am a non-smoker and would prefer female roommates who do not smoke either. I would also prefer to only have 1 or 2 other roommates. I am really laid back and easy to get along with!

i have a home with three rooms available at 500/mth each. It would be a month by month lease - requiring thirty days notice for moving out. If you're interested, I can get you pictures and more information. The house is off Ephesus Church Road in Chapel hill.

I am looking for a female roommate to share a two bedroom condo in Chapel Hill. It is close to the bus line if that is of use to you. The condo is very nice and is also fully furnished and it includes a very comfortable bed for you as well. You will also have your own bathroom and parking space. The complex has a pool, club house, tennis courts, and is close to I40 for easy access. I need for you to be a neat, fun, and respectable person to live with as I will be the same. It is important that we get a long in an easy go manner. I am a very busy young professional and I enjoy peaceful time at home but enjoy entertaining a few friends now and then.
