Weaver Street Market, Harris Teeter, Open Eye Café, and Speakeasy are nearby (5 minute walk). The farmers market is just down the street. Two bus stops (J Bus, runs to UNC campus in 10-15 minutes) are only 3 minutes away. Easy 10-15 bike ride to UNC campus. The house has a spacious living room, dining room, big fully-equipped kitchen, guest bathroom, back porch, washer and dryer. There is also storage space available in the garage. One furnished room is available from the end of May/beginning of June until August 15 (dates flexible). If you are interested, you would be sharing a house with clean and friendly female UNC graduate students.
