Hey My name is Sarah and I am going abroad for spring 2011. I currently live at Warehouse Apartments, a complex VERY close to campus. I have three roommates, all very friendly and ranging from sophomore to junior status. I am leaving UNC at Christmas break and will not return until the fall of next year. Warehouse has a gym, tanning bed, park facility, and much more. I currently have a parking spot at warehouse as well which I will be willing to lease also. Seeing as parking is extremely expensive and sparse on campus, it is a very good deal. I am also offering to pay TWO MONTHS RENT, which will either give you a head start come january, or allow you to go home during the summer without worrying about the last two months of the lease. I am willing to negotiate with essentially anything. This is a EMERGENCY, so please respond ASAP.
