My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate (female) to renew our lease starting Aug 15h at Colonial Villages.
I'm starting Physical Therapy School and she is in the Journalism graduate school. My roommate does have a small friendly cat.
The open room is the master bedroom with it's own bathroom, walk-in closet, and linen closet. Rent would be somewhere between $360-$385 plus utilities(we'll know for certain when we renew as the rate at signing depends on the number of available units).
The apartment comes with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and stove. We do not currently have a washer/dryer but plan on renting one when we resign. We have a little balcony and a storage room, as well as linen closets, a pantry, and a washer/dryer closet. The complex is in a quiet area and has a swimming pool, fitness room, tennis courts and business center.
The apartment is directly on the J route, about 15 minutes to UNC's campus, depending on traffic. The bus comes about every 15 mins during busy hours and we're early on the route, so we always get seats! Super convenient for going to campus and avoiding parking!
We also get the safe ride J on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights (runs from 11:00 til 2:15) - great for going out without needing a designated driver!
