My roommates and I are graduating in May and are looking for 3 girls to take over our leases for the summer with the possibility of extending for the school year if you like the place. Rent is $400 a month plus utilities, which are shared between 6 people. It's a 6 bedroom 5 bathroom townhouse on MLK, across from Chapel Ridge in Ashley Forest. You'd be living with 4 super nice girls, all rising sophomores and juniors. If you like animals, this is a perfect place for you, as one of the girls has a very sweet kitty.
The house features:
Hardwood floors downstairs and carpeted bedrooms
washer/dryer
huge living room
large dining area
Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave,dishwasher, and all kitchen appliances
Super large bedrooms with wall to wall closet spaces and shelves
Patio out back
3 bus lines or a 5 minute drive to Franklin
ample parking out front
The downstairs is already furnished, so you'd just need to furnish your bedroom. The two rooms available are upstairs. One has a pink accent wall, which you can keep if you like or she'd be happy to paint over it if you don't. We'd be happy to sublet to three friends or three unacquainted people. One of the rooms would be available at the beginning of May, the other at the beginning of June,and the lease ends July 31st, though you could extend it if you wished.
