Hi, I'm a female UNC undergrad student planning to study abroad in the Spring Semester, so I'm looking to sublet from someone who is going to be away for the Fall Semester. Rent is negotiable, prefer to have private bathroom/half bath, parking is a necessity, kitchen is a necessity, prefer furnished and closeness to Kenan-Flagler is a plus! Hi! I'll be studying abroad in the fall and am subletting my apartment room for that semester...here are some quick details
-It's fully furnished off of MLK, located in Chapel Ridge Apartments (the NS/T run about every 15 mins)
-Rent is $575/mo and includes all utilities
-plus a nice kitchen and parking

Hiii!!! Our roommate is studying abroad in the fall! I just posted an ad as well... we live on Greene street (off of MLK) and rent is about $500/mo including utilities! Here is the rest of my ad!
We are a group of 5 girls who are looking for a 6th roommate (one of our roommates is studying abroad next year)!!! It is a 6 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms, a huuuuge living room and kitchen. We have a parking lot that we share with a couple of other units but it's huge! We are pretty close to campus, and it's fun to walk to and from class on a nice day. Otherwise we are located less than a minute from a bus stop with SEVERAL bus lines. We are active, fun girls who are just looking to find someone to share our senior year with!
Our rent includes Utilities!! except cable which comes around $15 a month.
