Hey all!
I'm a UNC grad student looking for housing in Carrboro for the next school year, preferably a house, but willing to look at other types as well.
I'm clean, responsible,and love hanging out with friends, but I'm mostly just at home being a couch potato. I have a few glasses of beer/wine once in a while, don't smoke, cook occasionally, LOVE good food, and travel a lot: so once in a while (maybe 2 times/semester) friends from other states/countries (all clean, responsible and respectable individuals)would come visit for a weekend and I prefer them to crash where I'm staying because they offer me the same courtesy when I visit them.
I can pay up to $650 depending on the place.
**It has to be in Carrboro, because I have school projects with group members living in that same area. Hopefully, near a bus stop, because unfortunately I do not have a car.
**I've had horrendous experiences with bathroom share situations, so I'd rather have a private one to save myself the headache.
