Hi,
I am a first year Master's student in the school of public health looking for a place to stay this year. I like the Carrboro area and have spent the last week or so looking for places. I just found a 3 bed, 2 bath house on Williams street (right across from a nice park with trails, tennis courts, etc). The rent is $960/month, which would ideally be split between three, making each person's share $320. It is unfurnished (though has a washer and dryer that may or may not work), so anything like couches, etc you could bring are great. They just painted and will be recarpeting hopefully this week, which means move in would be next week. However, if you needed something immediately, the landlord says she could arrange it as long as you can deal with the carpeting. I'm hoping for a grad student. Feel free to contact me!
