We are looking for a roommate to live in a 3br/2.5ba townhouse in the Woodcroft neighborhood in Durham (near the Chapel Hill limit) starting in August (move-in date flexible). The townhouse is located in a quiet area, has a shared office, fully-furnished common areas and a new elevated deck overlooking woods and a running trail. In addition, there is a large unfinished basement for storage. The location is convenient to both UNC & Duke, RTP, Southpoint mall and multiple shopping centers. Woodcroft has over 5 miles of paved running trails, and has convenient access to the American Tobacco Trail. Please email if you would like to see the house, meet us, or if you have more questions.
Rent is $500/month plus 1/3 split of utilities for the master bedroom with private bathroom, or $400/month plus a 1/3 split of utilities for one of the bedrooms with a shared bathroom (we're flexible to get the right person). Non-smokers please.
