We live in a 6 bedroom house off of South Merritt Mill Road in Chapel Hill, and we have a room for rent. The room has it's own full bath attached and is a good size. We are all undergrads at UNC and the house is a 15 minute walk to campus and 5 minute walk from Franklin Street. The rent is 540 a month plus utilities (which usually average about $50 a month). The room is available now through July 31, 2012. We can prorate the rent if you move in the middle of the month. The rent for January has already been paid for that room, so the only thing you would have to pay (if you moved in in January) would be utilities.
