I have an open room starting in the fall in Stratford Hills, which is on Bolinwood- right off MLK Jr Blvd- very close to campus. Rent is roughly 400; all utilities are included except electricity. two bedrooms and one and a half baths. I would prefer someone who is pretty serious about school and does not party much.
