1 room of 5 bedroom/3 bath house on Cole St in Chapel Hill available! About a mile from campus so you can walk/bike or there is a bus as well! Rent is only $420 plus utilities and the lease runs from June 1, 2010-June 1, 2011, but obviously you wouldn't start paying until you move in.
