   hi everyone!

   i am looking for roommates for the 2012-2013 school year! i am a junior global studies major and i currently live off-campus, about 3 miles away. i'm tired of relying on the buses to get me to and from campus every day, so i'm hoping to live much closer for my senior year -- preferably Townhouse Apartments on Hillsborough Street. i have several friends who enjoy living there now -- the rent is reasonable, as are monthly utilities, and the location is very convenient.

   i am interested in living with 2 to 3 easy-going, sociable people (Townhouse has up to 4 bedroom apartments), preferably non-smokers. i am comfortable living with both guys and girls. i really enjoy being around people and i'm very active, so i don't spend too much time at home. i love going out on the weekends, but i also enjoy staying in on a Friday night. i'm an extremely organized and neat person, but i mind my own space! i do have a very friendly 9-month-old kitten and i take complete responsibility of him (my current roommate has no problems with him in our apartment).

   Hey Christina,

   I emailed but I figured I'd post here as well.

   I am looking for a roommate! I am getting an apartment with one other girl on Brewer Lane in Carrboro, and it's only a mile off of campus (similar to Townhouse without the crazy hill!) There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen (with appliances included), a living room area, and a stacked Washer/Dryer in the apartment! The apartment has the best location, 2 blocks from Weaver Street Market and only a mile walk or bike to campus, located right next to the bike path and it is very close to the J bus route.

   $450/month, and water is included, so the only utilities would be an electric bill and cable/internet (which we'd split). Free parking available with some covered parking, and the apartment complex has a nice courtyard.

   We are looking for someone to live with us for the entire year, with the lease starting on 6/1, but we would also love to find someone who could only do the year or the semester. For more info, email fronzagl@live.unc.edu
