The townhouse is located on E. Franklin and about 1 mile from the Arboretum! Looking for one roommate for a one bedroom/one bathroom! The townhouse is beautiful! It has AC/heating, washer, dryer, kitchen appliances, hardwood floors, and is furnished! The room being rented is amazing and has sky light. In addition, the room has its own closet and bathroom which is attached to the room. The roommates are so nice and sweet and easy to live with!
