I have moved out of my apartment after graduating, and am looking for someone to take over the lease from now until August 2012. I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible, so I will pay for the first month's rent!
The room offered is one bedroom in a 4-Bedroom apartment. I have two awesome female roommates, who are open to having a male roommate as well. The fourth bedroom is empty, which is nice if you have guests or friends that want to crash for the night :)
The rent is $579/month and all utilities are included (water, sewer, cable, internet, parking, electricity, trash).
Bedroom includes full bed, dresser, desk, good-sized closet, and private bathroom. The living room is also fully furnished, and there is a washer and dryer in the apartment.
