I have a room for rent beginning after Fall semester. I will be graduating and I need someone to rent my room in Mill Creek Condos off Martin Luther King Blvd. 3 female senior roommates will be there and graduating in May 2011 so you could "claim" the apartment for the 2011-2012 school year if interested. Rent is among the cheapest in Mill Creek and the apartment has been well kept and clean.
