One Room in 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Condo at 167 Springberry Ln, Chapel Hill NC 27517 is available for rent.
The Condo is within walking-distance to HU, S, FCX bus terminals, as well as V and TTA bus stops. All buses are free. In peak hours, every 5 minutes, you get a bus and you do not always need to follow the bus schedules.
6-12 month long term lease is preferred. The room with its own bathroom outside would be rent for $14 per day. All prices are for housing only and negotiable.
