I have a 3 BR apt available starting May 23rd. We will have 2 of those rooms available then and then the last room will be available end of June. Alta springs is across from meadowmont, on a bus line and has a pool gym and very nice atmosphere! Rent is $1225 per month and can be divided by 3 people. (we split it up $375, $385, $455 depending on room size and 1 room has its own bathroom). The apts rae comprised mostly of MBAs, PhDs, law and med students. Currently there is a large waitlist for apts here and this would be a way to just cut straight past it and get an apt :)
