Looking for someone who is ready to move in quickly (pref before move-in weekend, due to my work schedule). Non smoking/No pet household. Bedroom is unfurnished, own bathroom/shared shower. $500 per month, rent plus electric and water included. We do not have internet established because I use my blackberry for everything. Roommate race or gender is not an issue as long as you are trustworthy, clean, easy to get along with and are mature. Background checks will be completed.
