I'm already living in Townhouse and would love to stay in the complex! I would love to live with you! I'm a female, 21, Environmental Studied-Ecology major, trained barista/have my own espresso machine, also have my bartenders license, and am not the most neat person in the world (aka- I'm totally known to leave my sneakers and stuff on the coffee table in the living room) BUT am considerate on the whole.
I already live here in the 3BR/2BT apartment at an extremely apartment and am wanting to renew my lease, and need two roommates! Let me know!

My current roommate and I are planning to live in Townhouse apartments next year (August 2012-May 2013) and are potentially looking for a 3rd female roommate! We’re both very friendly and fun to hang out with. We’re currently juniors – I’m in the j-school and she’s majoring in Global Studies.
Townhouse apartments is a complex that’s literally a 5 minute walk to Franklin St. and 15 minute walk to the Pit. It’s located on Hillsborough St. and near MLK. The apartment would have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a living/dining area, kitchen, and small porch. The open bedroom would be about 10 x 12ft. Rent is about $400 if you include utilities. Cable and internet’s also included. There’s also plenty of parking and laundry is on site.
We’re looking for someone who is neat, considerate and laid-back. We both tend to spend an equal amount of time hanging around our current on-campus apartment and going out with friends, doing extra-curriculars and so on. We both like to cook, keep our space clean and like to just hang out and have fun.
