Im am looking for 2 roommates to move into my current residence. I am 20 years old and I currently live in a 3 Bedroom 1 bath cottage in Glen Lennox cottages in Chapel Hill and have 2 roommates that are moving out at the end of our lease in August 2011.One of my roommates will be going back home at the beginning of June so one person can move in then if they would like. I really love Glen Lennox and really don’t want to move so I would love to find 2 people to take their rooms. It is about a mile away for UNC Chapel Hill Campus and has easy access to the bus line which is about 100 yards away that can take you to campus or just about anywhere close. Rent would be a total of around $385-$400 a month depending on electric and gas use. Right now all 3 of us split elec/gas/cable/internet and expect you do to the same. Living here would mean you would be signing a year lease with Glen Lennox and would have to go through the necessary steps to be approved. It does include dishwasher/stove/washer and dryer. There will also be a $100 deposit as well before move in. The place is all hardwood floors and the kitchen tile.
I expect you to clean up after yourself and not be too noisy. I have no problem with drinking but wont tolerate any illegal drugs. I don’t mind a party but would just like to get a heads up before hand and the cops not to be called. I love to have a good time but also keep things under control.I do enjoy having friends over and just chilln playing some video games or watching UNC sports. I would prefer college age students but if not thats no big deal. I do have a 9 year old beagle so you will have to be ok with living with a dog. He is a very well behaved dog and mainly sleeps when I away. I wont expect you to take care of him or clean up after him so don’t worry about that. As far as furniture you will have to bring your own stuff for the room that you are in. As for the shared furniture (couch, coffee table, etc.) all that is needed is a couch, a big floor rug, and a coffee table so i guess we can work out who can get what.
