Hi! I am subletting my amazing room in Mill Creek. I graduated in December and I am moving up to NYC... if someone can take over my lease. If you choose to sublet for March/April, I am VERY willing to negotiate rent.

This sublet is also unique in that it's served by at least five bus lines: the NU, NS, G, T and A. And at night, the Safe Ride G will take you home from the Varsity Theater on Franklin.
The apartment is a townhouse-style, two-story floor plan with a large, shared living space downstairs.
You would live with three fun, clean, respectful and busy female undergraduates. Although it's impossible not to get along with them, they are active in their involvements and would not hinder your privacy.
Free parking for you and your guests! The apartment is located directly across from the pool and tennis courts.
I'm offering this sublet for Spring and/or Summer 2012, so inquire about either, both or any combination of the months from March to August.
Rent includes water and is $475. Electricity is an additional monthly cost, usually about $20.
