Located 2 miles from UNC campus, 5 minutes to Southpoint Mall, 10 minute drive to Duke, and about 25 minutes to Raleigh. Finley Forest is steps from 4 bus lines to UNC-CH (S, HU, FCX and V), three blocks away from the bus to the Research Triangle Park, Meadowmont (groceries, restaurants, boutiques), a couple of miles from Franklin St., and minutes from I-40. The room to be rented is large and spacious, unfurnished, has its own balcony and full bathroom. The condo has a large deck/patio, washer and dryer in unit, tennis and basketball court, and a swimming pool. Rent is $550, utilities are included (electric, water, and internet).
