Hey yall, I plan to study abroad next spring (spring 2013) and need someone who may be interested in subleasing from me that term. (Perhaps someone who is studying abroad in the fall and will need a place when they return for spring semester.) I'm unsure as of now where the property will be (because I want to find a subleaser before I committ to a 12 month lease) but I'm looking for either a 2 bedroom house or apartment close to campus. Im also flexible to any suggestions. My roommate will be staying through the whole year and she's super cool, so not to worry.
