5 female undergrads looking for a 6th housemate to join us at 407 N. Greensboro St. in Carrboro. We are looking for someone who is available either year-long or fall semester 2012. Rent is $390/month w/o utilities. Utilities include water, electricity and internet and should not total more than $50 per month. The house is conveniently located near the F, CW, and J buses as well as Carr Mill Mall (literally a 1 minute walk from Harris Teeter). Free parking is available at the house as is a bike rack.
