I am a rising sophomore at UNC. I was going to have my friend who was transferring from Virginia Tech room with me, but unfortunately he did not get in. I have a 2br/2ba apartment at chancellor square which is at the corner of rosemary and church st which is very close to campus.
I am looking for a roommate or two people that would want to rent it from me. The rent would be $675/month if you split the rent with me or $1350 total if you were interested in renting the whole place. The rent runs from august-august, but if you are not interested in renting over the summer I can find people to replace you during those months.
