I have signed a lease for a 2BR/1.5BA town home on Hillsborough Street (right across the street from Townhouse Apartments), but need a roommate because mine decided to graduate in Dec. and live in Rams. The town homes are really cute- 2 stories (with the bedrooms upstairs) and washer and dryer included in the unit, and the location is super convenient! It's less than a 5 minute walk to Franklin Street, and 10-15 minute walk to campus. It's on two bus lines as well!
I will be a junior next year and am a Psychology and Education double major. I'm super neat and organized, and I would prefer a roommate that is organized and likes to keep the place clean as well. I'm a very active person and have a lot of friends living around the same area, so I won't be a home a ton, but still want a roommate that I get along with and can go out with! I love to go out, but do love my nights in as well.
My lease goes from August to August, but I would be happy to sublease from August-May if you prefer. Rent will be $550/month INCLUDING utilities and parking!
