I'm starting law school in August and am looking for either a room or for several people who want to look for a place together. I'd like to stay under $500/month (utilities included).
I'm a laid-back, easygoing and clean person (not OCD). I like to watch college sports, drink socially and bake goodies. I'll be pretty focused on my studies but am open to having parties at the apartment on weekends. More personal things about me: I like to run, am considering adopting a dog, can play the accordion but rarely play nowadays and can carry interesting conversations. I don't smoke, am not loud and am very respectful of personal property and privacy.
Ideally, I'd like a few roommates--the more interesting you are, the better (only grad students, please!). Also, I hope to rent with at least one guy because I'm a little scared of living on my own. Other than that, please be a non-smoker.
