My place is only available until the end of July, but it is furnished, which is nice if you are moving from far way. April-July may give you time to find another place August-September. I have put details below:
Available for four months: April 1-July 30. Move in date is flexible. Fully furnished bedroom and private bathroom in a large shared apartment with two female graduate students.
Room comes with full sized bed, dresser, large closet, desk, and the rest of the apartment is completely furnished as well. Shared space includes dining room, kitchen (with dishwasher and microwave), living room with cable television, laundry room with washer/dryer, and balcony. All utilities and internet included in rent. Complex amenities include pool, volleyball courts, gym, and basketball court.
The apartment is in a student-friendly complex, on the NS and T buslines (about a 10 minute ride to campus). Very close to shopping areas, grocery, and other conveniences.
