I’m a female first-year grad student, looking for a female roommate to share a 2-bedroom/ 1 ½-bathroom townhouse right near the UNC campus, starting in late August. It’s in the Villages apartment complex in Carrboro, a quiet, pretty community with lots of amenities. Another grad student or college grad would be preferable, although if you’re an undergrad who doesn’t mind living with a grad student, feel free to contact me. I enjoy going out and having a good time, but, being a grad student, I’ll also be pretty busy during the school week. I’m pretty friendly and easy to live with, and I’ll keep the place generally clean. Rent is $350/ month, plus split utilities.
