I'm looking for someone to rent my room starting either late December or early January for as long as you like! It's in a really great apartment with your own private full bathroom AND a walk-in closet. The lease expires in August but if you want to take my place and renew yourself that is awesome!
There are 3 other really nice roommates, and the layout of the apartment has a spacious central living room with each of the bedrooms heading off from the 4 corners so it can be social when you want and private when you want!
The apartment has a large living room, kitchen with full appliances, your own laundry room with washer and dryer INSIDE your apartment (no more quarters!), and a patio outside.
IT IS SUCH AN AMAZING DEAL AND HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE :)
The neighborhood University Commons is pretty quiet, made up of mostly upper classmen undergrad and graduate students at UNC, and it also has a pool, plenty of parking, a picnic area with grills, and a small playground. It is located less than 2 miles from campus and is only a 10-15 minute bus ride (the neighborhood has its own bus stop with 2 buslines to campus), and it is also really close to downtown Carrboro: a great community for entertainment, food, and shopping.
Rent is only $375 per month and that includes water, other bills are split between roommates and usually in a month you don't spend more than about $410 total. The landlord and landlady are a super nice couple too!
Seriously, if I wasn't changing schools and didn't have to move, there is no way I'd give up this place!
