Hey! I'm looking for someone (any gender) to fill the second suite in my Ashbrook apartment (located in Carrboro). I'm female and a rising senior at UNC.
Rent would be $420/month plus half of utilities (full rent is $840). Monthly payments shouldn't be more than $500/month for everything. You'd have your own bedroom and full bathroom, but the kitchen, living room, and dining room would be shared. Parking is available outside apartments, but Ashbrook is also across the road from a bus line that goes to and from Chapel Hill.
I'm looking for a relatively quiet, clean apartment mate. Sorry, no cats. My partner will also be moving in later this year, so rent can be split 3 ways at that time.
