Hey, my name's John, I'll be a first year grad student in the philosophy program at UNC next year. I was looking at what looks like a very nice 2 BR in Chapel Hill with another grad student, but he has backed out at the last minute and I need someone to fill the vacancy.
I will be staying in one bedroom of a 2 BR apartment at 205 Sunrise Lane: 10 minute walk to campus, about 2 miles from downtown Carrboro with buses passing on the NS, NU, G, and T lines. Two story, two bedroom, one bathroom, shares utilities with an efficiency on the floor below. Recently installed hardwood floors, washer/dryer, all of the basic kitchen appliances. Good light in the bedrooms, good closets, and an attic for extra storage.

I'm a pretty friendly guy, fairly laid back but good about keeping things clean and promptly taking care of anything that might come up. Generally spend most of my time working or relaxing—I enjoy having a couple of friends over for dinner or drinks, but not enormous parties.
