My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to share a 3 bed, 2 bathroom house. We’ve put in an application for the house and been approved, so all that’s needed is one more person to split the rent. It's a one-year lease, and the rent will be about $450 a person plus utilities. There's a big backyard and it is located close to campus, in between Chapel Hill and Carrboro.
We're both graduate students in our 20s and would like a roommate who is also a grad student. We are both new transplants to Chapel Hill and are looking for someone who wants to live in a friendly, laid-back atmosphere, and who’s willing to share a beer or a barbeque from time to time.
We’re planning to add a dog to the household once we’re all settled in, so you’d need to be cool with that.
