   Helloooooo HeelsHousing = ]

   My name is Kayla and I desperately need some roomies! I've found a 5 bedroom, 2 bath house right off of Franklin St and need 4 other cool people to fill it with. It's in a safe, quiet neighborhood and is a 10-minute walk or 4-minute bike to campus.

   The house is recently renovated from top to bottom, with brand new stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, etc.), washer/dryer, cable TV, cable internet, HARDWOOD FLOORS, and FREE PARKING!

   Rent is $500/mo + utilities split 5 ways (shouldn't be more than $50).

   All tenants will sign an individual lease, and $500 security deposit is required before move in.

   House is unfurnished, but arrangements for living room and bedroom furniture may be made.

   Cool roommates?... you should go with us then ;-) We are two exchange students from Germany who will stay at UNC business in the MBA programm for one semester from August until December. Both of us already studied and worked abroad (St. Louis, Paris, HongKong, Shanghai, Mexico, South Africa) and absolutely look forward to get to know new people at the UNC campus. However, besides lots of party and travel activities we can balance it out and still have had somehow considerable GPAs of 3.96 and 4.0.

   Oh, I love you both already = ] Exchange students are my favoriteeee! I see that you already contacted the actual guy in charge of this place, so I hope everything works out!

   You've both just got to promise to read Cosmo with me from time to time and eat ice cream with me when I cry over boys = ] haha.

   kk I see stupid question indeed... now we would only have find out which one of the 346 kayla kennedys you are ;-) probalby you better just add me (Paul Hertwig)... Anyways, I contacted two female students who are still searching as well, so we might work out something with them.
