I'm a sophomore and I have a great house off campus and I'm looking for 1 or 2 great roommates to share it with!
About Me:
I'm fun, outgoing, energetic, and really easy to get along with. I love hanging out with friends, watching movies (especially chick flicks), and I'm not a super crazy partier, but I do love to go out and have a good time. I'm definitely looking for roommates who are similar to me who are nice, a lot of fun, and easy going. Also, I'm very neat and clean, so I would really like to live with people who aren't too messy!
About the house:
The house is 2 miles from campus (which is less than 3 minutes away and closer than Chapel Ridge) off of 54 in a development called Bradford Place. The house is super nice and brand new (it was just finished being built in January) and it has a TON of great stuff. It is 2 stories and has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. It also has a great kitchen with brand new appliances, granite counter tops, and hardwood floor. There is a laundry room upstairs (also with brand new appliances) as well as a huge living area with a fireplace downstairs, and an adorable deck in the backyard. The complex itself also has tennis courts, a resort style swimming pool and community center, 2 lakes, and a couple miles of running trails that run throughout the grounds. Also, rent is really, really reasonable ($400/month) and there's plenty of parking, but it's also located right on a bus route that runs to campus.
