My name is Peng Gong (??), Chinese, male, 30, married. I own a 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo at 167 Springberry Ln, Chapel Hill NC 27517, which you can check it out at map.google.com
The Condo is witin walking-distance to HU, S, FCX bus terminals, as well as V and TTA bus stops. All buses are free. In peak hours, every 5 minutes, you get a bus and you do not always need to follow the bus schedules.
Here are your options:
The bigger room with bathroom inside is $20 per day, including everything, or $15 per day with mandatory fee spliting. The smaller room with bathroom outside is $15 per day, including everything, or $10 per day with mandatory fee spliting.
The term of lease is flexible. You can move out anytime. Please be mindful and provide me a notice at your earliest convenience.
You will get an king-size air bed, a table, a chair, a floor lamp, a 6-outlet surge protector, a trash bin, Internet (and Internet phone). I can provide reasonable car service as long as you give me enough time to plan accordingly.
"Including everthing" refers to any fee associated with the rent except for foods, personal higiene, and anything that is not reasonably covered by the owner.
"Mandatory fee spliting" refers to the tenant must share all fee reasonably associated with the rent, such as electricity, water, as well as Internet and Internet phone, no matter whether the tenant actually uses such services or not.
I will occupy the downstair living room and share the downstair half-bathroom and the upstair outside bathroom for showering only. Most of the time, I will be outside studying.
