I am/ will be a UNC Graduate and working at UNC. I am looking for a female roommate to live in a 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom "cottage" at Glen Lennox, for a 12 month lease. Its a bit snug, admittedly, but the rent will be $332 a month (including water) and its very close to campus and very near bus stops and Meadowmont. The other utilities are not included.
I am looking for someone who won't mind keeping the communal areas relatively clean and who is relaxed and respectful. I am mostly interested in Grad students or mature undergrads.
I haven't made a move on the apartment yet, so its not guaranteed. But the sooner I here from you the better.

PS I think the lease allows for up to 100lbs of "pet", so if you have a small dog (unfortunately I'm allergic to cats) that should not be a problem.
