I'm a rising junior looking for a place to live as soon as possible. I'm laid back and easy to get along with, although I'm very studious and am not looking to throw parties. I go out on the weekends but am pretty serious during the week. I'm looking for someone that is open-minded and chill but considerate, as well.

Is it only for the Fall semester? I am looking to sublet my 2bd/2br apartment and I have one other person interested (a male UNC graduate) in a room. Would living with a guy be ok?

Hi there,
I've got one room open in a 5 bed 2 bath house off of Franklin Street. Very convenient to classes, about a 10 min walk to the pit, 3-4 min by bike. There are currently a male junior, a female junior, male senior, and male grad student living in the house. House was recently renovated, is energy efficient, and has brand new stainless steel appliances, including fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and washer/dryer. House is VERY spacious, has HARDWOOD FLOORS, can come furnished or unfurnished. Cable tv/internet are provided. Rent is $500/mo and is worth every penny for the location. hey! I have 1 room of a 5 bedroom/3 bath house on Cole St (about a mile from campus) open. The 4 other girls are rising juniors too! rent is $420 plus utilities and you can walk/bike/ride the bus to campus. Let me know if you are interested!!

be negotiable. It is on Church Street just blocks from franklin and was
