Hi I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo in Finley Forest. The total rent is $950 per month. Move-in dates are flexible, anytime between June 1st- August 1st.

I am friendly, neat, and a serious student. Please contact me if you are the same.

Look forward to hearing from you soon.

I'm a 25 year old graduate student in public health looking for a room to move into by June. I would be interested to hear more. What amenities are provided, is parking available, individual washer/drying, reasonably quiet, etc? Thanks!

Hey, I am in a 3BR in Finley Forest. Utilities (water, gas, cable/internet, and power) usually run about $100 a month per person (divided 3 ways). It would be really pricey with just two people, but would you consider all three of us looking into a 3-br condo there?

I'm not a grad student, but I will be a senior in the School of Ed. next year. It's a very quiet neighborhood. Parking is very easy.

Yes, the place has a washer/dryer and two parking spaces included. I do not actually live there yet so I am not sure about the noise level but, I believe this community is favored by grad/professional students so it should not be a problem. The neighborhood amenities include a clubhouse, tennis court and swimming pool.

Send me an email and I will reply with pictures: nblanch@email.unc.edu

    24-year-old female masters student,
about to graduate from Wake Forest in May :)
Looking for a room in the triangle area to move into in *early July*.

    responsible,
    non-smoker,
friendly yet mostly keep to myself at home,
more of a "night person," yet wake up by 9 most days (as a student--I'm job hunting now)
    very clean, relatively neat,
willing to talk very openly about roommate lifestyle preferences (noise level, guests policies, chores, etc.),
generally prefer the room temperature between 63 and 73 depending on the season (this seems to always be a roomie concern!)
    max. monthly rent=$500,
    allergic to cats,
    concerned about apartment safety,
you can eat all of the fish and garlic you want--the smell doesn't bother me, just clean it up :)

Anything else you'd like to know?

I am only in the beginning stages of "roommate hunting" and have not checked out the housing around there, yet.

I have a nice spreadsheet provided by UNC-CH housing, and I am relatively familiar with downtown CH and Carrboro, though.

I'd be happy to talk with you and then come out to meet and apartment shop with you any Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

If anyone else sees this post and is interested, "PM" me.

    Thanks!

For some reason the "PM' feature does not work for me. But please email me so we may further discuss roommate possibilities.
