I am a 26 year old female starting grad school in the fall (MSW)
I grew up in the area and have a 2 bed 1 bath condo and am looking for a roommate.
Rent is $500/mo + half utilites (internet, elec, cable) which is usually $100/mo each.
The condo is in a small complex, only 12 units, its quiet and friendly... all grad students or young professionals.
the condo is on two bus lines, 1 minute from downtown carrboro and 4 minutes from franklin st.
I dont smoke, have people over occasionally, no pets, and am pretty clean- esp common areas and the bathroom! Am looking for the same type of person : )
