I will be a first year dental student in the Fall and am looking for a roommate! I am looking to move in during the middle of August. I will be most likely going to Chapel Hill in May to look at apartments! I would like to live close to campus or near a bus route.
A little about me: I am 22 years old, clean, active and non-smoker. I am studious and take my career seriously but also like to have fun and go out! Hey :)
I will be a second year audiology graduate student next year at UNC and have a room opening up later this summer in my 2 bedroom/2 bath condo off of Highway 54 near the Friday Center, where there is plenty of parking and regular bus routes to campus. I am looking for a female graduate student or young professional to share the place with next year (or longer). I like to spend time outside on the weekends, watch movies, or run. I don't typically have large parties and I spend much of the week studying or in clinic. Please no pets or smokers. Your room has a full bathroom, walk-in closet, and two windows. The condo has a balcony, nice kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer in unit, eating area, and living room. Neighborhood has great jogging trails, pool, and tennis courts. A typical month's rent with utilities does not exceed $600.

My name is Caitlin and I'm going to be in the chemistry Ph.D. program this fall at UNC. I am also looking for a place to live with a roommate. All of your posts sound interesting to me.
