    hey!
i'm looking for a roomie to join me in my sweet chapel ridge apt starting August 15, 2011! :)

it's a fully furnished apartment, you'd have your own bedroom and bathroom, it's a 4 minute walk to the bus stop (10 minute ride to campus), and you'd get one really totally awesome roommate! the rent is $669 all-inclusive with cable, internet, and washer/dryer; and for a tiny fee you can also have wireless internet via my router.

i'm currently 22 (23 in may) and a first year grad student. i'm a work hard/play hard type... in addition to going to school full time, i work 15-20 hours per week, try eat healthy and stay in shape, lay by the pool on sunny days, and go out on the weekends. i'm really goofy and like to laugh a lot, but need some time to be serious too.

i would love a roomie that i can get along with well, would want to hang out, share a glass of wine now and then, and respect my space, my things, my behavior, and my (rarely-needed) personal time. :) ideally you'd be a grad student as well, but i'd consider the right person if at least age 21.

as a little incentive, if you apply by march 4, application fees are waived (around $200 or so i think).

if you're interested, reply with your name & email, and i'll try to get back to you. :) thanks!

Is $669 for the whole apartment? or for each person?

I am looking for a place below $400. Please email me:

Hi! My name is Kristen and I think I'm a good match (and I feel like I'm on an online dating site right now). I'm moving from Butler in Indianapolis and starting law school at UNC in the fall. I'll clearly be studying a lot but would love a roomie that I can go out with/hang out with sometimes since I'm not from the area. I'm goofy, fun, responsible, and clean. Hope to hear from you! You can email me at kkenley@butler.edu or facebook me or something.

Hi, I'm a first year grad student as well looking for housing. I'm 25, clean, organized, laid-back, good cook, and like outdoor sports. If you haven't found a roommate yet, send me an email at kate.waldeisen@gmail.com.
    Thanks!

Hi everyone. I've posted about my similar situation here: http://roommates.heelshousing.com/topic/female-graduating-senior-looking-for-roommate?replies=3#post-2605

24, graduating from WFU masters program and looking to move in late June/early July, love to go to shows and exercise in my spare time. I mostly keep to myself, but it would be nice to hang out every once in a while. I'm allergic to cats. Will meet you out there to apartment shop any Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

    Email jfanci01@gmail.com :)

Hey! I am also interested if this room is still available.
I am 24 years old, about to enter into my first year of my Masters in Social Work at UNC. I am allergic to cats, very active (run 5-6 times a week) and a non smoker. I am very responsible and nice. I love to be outside. I am pretty easy going, clean and would just want a place I can relax. Thanks!
