I'm a recent UNC graduate and will be traveling abroad for the Fall semester. I will be out of the country from early September to the end of December and am looking for someone to sublease my room at Farrington Lake Apartments. I live with 2 awesome female roommates who recently graduated from undergrad at UNC. One of them is a medical assistant in Durham and the other is a nursing student at UNC. They enjoy watching movies, running and generally having a good time! They are both really laid back and looking for someone to live with them for the next semester!!
Apartment details:
The room is approximately 11' by 14' with a large walk in closet. The bedroom is unfurnished but all of living and dining room furniture is provided. Adjacent to the room there is a bathroom, which is shared with another roommate.
Parking is ample and free. The apartment is right next to the pool, with tennis courts, a gym and laundry facilities near the main office. The commute to campus is only about 10 minutes, with Park and Ride options from the Friday Center. The apartment complex is near the intersection of I-40 and 54.
Rent for this amazing location and huge room is only $305 per month, not including water and utilities!
