UNC Grad student looking for a housemate for a house in Carrboro (opposite Johnny's) on the CW route; Rent is $550, and it includes ALL utilities (gas, electricity, water, internet, trash).
The house has a living room, family room (with working fireplace!), it's own laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, and the kitchen has all amenities like a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove.
I love cooking, travelling, and a whole host of other activities.
