Furnished room available starting March 26th through August 15th (Aug date negotiable) in Colonial Villages. Only $363 per month, plus utilities (never more than $100, usually much less!). Room is 14x12 in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. This room is the master bedroom with it's own bathroom, and a walk-in closet!
The apartment comes with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and stove. There is an on-site laundry room open 24/7. We have a little balcony and a storage room, as well as linen closets, a pantry, and a washer/dryer closet. The complex has a swimming pool, fitness room, tennis courts and business center.
The apartment is directly on the J route, about 15-20 minutes to campus, depending on traffic. We're early on the route, so we always get seats!
We also get the safe ride J on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights (runs til about 2:15) - great for going out without needing a designated driver!
