I'll only be around once in a while. Want to rent a room or be a roommate for next year, starting in January. Travel a lot, so maybe in once a month for a day or two. Don't need to move much in, just need a lease.

Are you still looking for a place? I'm looking for a housemate to share a 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex.
Rent is $450, utilities (water and electricity) included. We'd split internet. The duplex is on McMasters St, at the end of Church St - an easy 20 min walk to campus.The kitchen and living room are fully furnished, and your bedroom can be furnished with a bed and bookcase, if you'd like. Amenities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, programmable thermostat, deck, and a working fireplace. There's street parking in front of the duplex.
I am a female recent graduate working at the pharmacy school at UNC. I have a cat and would prefer to not have any other pets. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks!

Hey im looking for someone to take over my lease for the spring semester and my rent is $367 w/o the electricity/internet which is about 50 a month. Its a 2bedroom separate bathrooms in colonial village at highland hills. Lemme kno if ur interested 9196720313. Plus is on the J busline which runs almost 15minutes and has a safe ride from til 2am thurs-sun.
