Since I am moving to Durham, I need to sublease my apartment in Shadowood to somebody who has interest to resume my contract. The apartment is 2 Bedroom, 2Ba room townhouse apartment. Since I signed the lease another term, the rent will be 829 Dollars cheaper than 862 Dollars which is the market price. The Lease will be ending on May, 30th, 2012. I will be moving out in the middle of the July. Hence, the apartment will have opening from Mid-July to the early August. It is a grace period for you to manage to move in.
Shadowood is now a very pleasant place to live in. The most population of the Shadowood is the students from the campus really safe and very quiet. It is situated across the Martin-Luther-King Junior Boulevard and Piney Mountain Road. It is close to the campus and closed the University Mall area. The traffic is very convenient. The bus station is right across the street. There are at least 4 buses that have connection from Shadowood to the UNC campus. They are NS, G, A, and T bus. If you walk another 5 minutes, you can find the bus station for NU, which also head toward campus. The T bus will be there on Saturday, and NU bus will be there on Sunday. The Electricity of the apartment is from the Duke energy and the water is free. I have set up the internet from the Time Warner Cable. I have a few pieces of furniture left, one shelf and one cabinet. But, generally, the apartment is not furnished. The apartment has its own washing machine and dryer. swimming pool, basketball court and tennis court.
And, the rent is 829, which is a really good deal: a price for second round lease. If you want to live there after May, you can definitely renew the lease.
