Hi I'm looking for a female roommate to live with my roommate and I in a townhouse near the Governor's Club Area. The bedroom is furnished with a full sized bed and a dresser. There is also a walk in closet with a personal vanity and a shared toilet and shower. (look at pictures below)
The rent is $600 and includes everything (water, electricity, gas, tv, internet)
We're looking for quiet, clean, and well-behaved roommate that is partial to having a dog around 3x a week. My roommate is a working professional and I am a student so we are looking for a person that is courteous to our schedules.
We require a meet and greet before signing the lease just to make sure our personalities are going to match and to iron out any customs of the house.
