Due to change of my study plan, I will be out of chaple hill for the coming school year. I am now looking for a female to take over my new 1 year lease for one bedroom w/ private bath in a 2b/2b apt in Chapel View student housing staring from August 15th, 2010.
One bill for all, including all utilities, cables, and internet. Gorgeous fitness center, pool, tanning beds, free printing, free DVD rentals. T and NS buses stop at the community entrance.
Change to $585 furnished (which is $10 less than current rate) is another option.
